Trust the Chef April 18th

Our second "Trust the Chef Thursday's" dinner, and Chef Stephen has done it again. Sticky glazed pork belly, spring onion kim chee, carrot puree and crispy pork crackle, then snapper with celeriac puree, honeycomb mushrooms & a shitake mushroom broth, plus red curry roasted pumpkin with coconut marshmallow & puffed rice, and to finish off the meal, lemongrass & rosewater rice pudding with lime curd parfait and ginger praline. We thought a little trip to Asia was in order tonight. Where will we go on the next Trust the Chef Thursday on the 2nd of May? Book to find out. Sorry but we'll be closed for Anzac Day next Thursday

The Living Room is the largest venue on The Tasting Shed’s premises, seating up to 40 guests at any one time.
The rustic, country aesthetics have been intentionally preserved with the use of natural and recycled materials throughout. The furnishings are full of character and you’ll find that the interiors’ details evoke images of their own unique and varied histories.
