The stand-alone structure is situated in the centre of The Tasting Shed’s thriving seasonal garden, offering the flexibility of dining in a semi open-air setting with views to either side or, by closing the building’s floor-to-ceiling doors, you’ll enjoy complete privacy in an intimate environment.
The Cabana is used for everything from wedding receptions, dinner parties and corporate events, to band and theatrical performances. It’s an infinitely customisable space where you can let your imagination run wild.
It takes the rigid ‘restaurant’ feel out of fine dining in Auckland, bringing a casual, open-air ambience to your dining experience.

The Living Room is the largest venue on The Tasting Shed’s premises, seating up to 40 guests at any one time.
The rustic, country aesthetics have been intentionally preserved with the use of natural and recycled materials throughout. The furnishings are full of character and you’ll find that the interiors’ details evoke images of their own unique and varied histories.
